NEXA Loan Hub Platform Services
NEXA Loan Hub is a digital platform that may
provide loan product discovery, eligibility
workflows, application submission, customer
account management, document submission,
application tracking, EMI calculation tools,
customer assistance and other financial
technology services.
Platform Role
The availability of specific services, products,
lenders, financial institutions and platform
features may vary depending on eligibility,
location, lender relationships, technical
availability and applicable regulatory
requirements.

Eligibility Checks and Recommendations
Eligibility calculations, loan suggestions,
product recommendations, automated analysis,
rule engine results and NEXA AI outputs are
provided to assist users in navigating available
financial service journeys.
No Guarantee of Loan Approval
An eligibility result, product recommendation,
estimated EMI, pre-qualified status or other
platform output does not constitute a guarantee
of loan approval, sanction, disbursement,
interest rate, loan amount or other lending terms.
Final lending decisions remain subject to the
applicable lender's policies, verification,
credit assessment, risk criteria and regulatory
requirements.

Accuracy of User Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, complete
and truthful information when using NEXA Loan Hub.

User Accounts and Security
Where NEXA Loan Hub provides customer accounts,
login credentials, mobile authentication, OTP
verification or other access controls, you are
responsible for maintaining the security of your
account and device.
You must promptly contact NEXA Loan Hub if you
suspect unauthorized access, fraudulent activity,
account misuse or compromise of your login
credentials.

Prohibited Activities
You must not misuse NEXA Loan Hub or attempt to
interfere with the platform, its users, services
or systems.

Submitting false, fraudulent, misleading or
unauthorized applications or documents.

Attempting unauthorized access to accounts,
databases, servers, APIs or administrative
systems.

Using automated systems, scripts or bots to
abuse, overload, scrape or interfere with the
platform.

Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or
misusing platform software except where
expressly permitted by applicable law.

Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent,
abusive or deceptive purposes.

Lending and Financial Services Disclaimer
Loan products, approval decisions, interest
rates, processing charges, repayment schedules,
loan amounts, tenure, documentation requirements,
disbursement timelines and other lending terms
may be determined by the applicable lender or
financial institution.
Important Lending Notice
NEXA Loan Hub does not guarantee that any user
will receive a loan offer, approval or
disbursement.
Users should carefully review all applicable
loan agreements, key fact statements, repayment
obligations, charges and lender terms before
accepting any financial product.

Intellectual Property Rights
The NEXA Loan Hub platform, brand elements,
website design, software, user interfaces,
technology, databases, platform content and
related intellectual property may be owned,
licensed or lawfully used by NEXA Community and
its applicable licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell,
license, modify or commercially exploit protected
platform content without appropriate written
authorization.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law,
NEXA Community and its applicable service
providers will not be responsible for indirect,
incidental, consequential or special losses
arising from platform use, inability to access
services, third-party services, lender decisions,
incorrect user information, unauthorized account
access or circumstances beyond reasonable
control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or
limited under applicable law.

Suspension or Termination of Access
NEXA Loan Hub may restrict, suspend or terminate
access to platform services where reasonably
necessary for security, fraud prevention,
suspected misuse, legal compliance, violation of
these Terms, system protection or discontinuation
of a service.
Where appropriate and legally permitted,
reasonable efforts may be made to provide users
with information regarding account restrictions
or service changes.

These Terms may be updated from time to time to
reflect changes in platform services, business
operations, legal requirements, regulatory
requirements or security practices.
The updated version may be published on this page
with a revised effective date or last updated

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms

any mandatory rights or remedies available to
users under applicable consumer protection,
financial services, privacy or other laws.
